What Happens in a Laughter Session?
You will be guided through a selection of simple exercises, games and processes that will get you smiling and laughing - and reaping the many benefits of this easy, enjoyable activity.
One of the keys to the effectiveness of a laughter session is that your body doesn’t know the difference between real laughter and fake laughter so we begin by “acting as if” we are laughing until the laughter becomes spontaneous. Lorraine promises you wil actually feel ‘fake’ laughter turn into ‘real’ and contagious laughter!

James has studied and performed improvised comedy all over the UK and the USA, including playing the prestigious Dale Close Marathon at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, New York.
